Vidyarthi Sahayyak Samiti Foundation (VSSF)
Vidyarthi Sahayyak Samiti Foundation promotes activities to support educational opportunities for under-resourced students from rural India and other countries by providing a safe and healthy environment conducive to their holistic learning.
VSS Foundation works closely with Vidyarthi Sahayyak Samiti, Pune and supports VSS by fundraising, creating Earn & Learn opportunities for VSS students and connecting VSS students with Mentors.
Vidyarthi Sahayyak Samiti Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization registered in the state of Michigan since Feb 2025. It is exempt under US Internal Revenue Service Code Section 501(C)(3) (EIN: 33-1919808)
Who We Are
At Vidyarthi Sahayyak Samiti Foundation (VSSF), we believe that education is the most powerful tool for transforming lives. As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to bridging the opportunity gap by providing students from underprivileged backgrounds with the resources, guidance, and financial support they need to thrive. Our mission is to create a world where no deserving student is deprived of education due to financial constraints.
Our Relationship with VSS Pune
VSSF is affiliated with Vidyarthi Sahayyak Samiti (VSS) in Pune, a well-established organization that has been providing subsidized accommodation, mentorship, and educational support to financially challenged students for decades.
While VSS manages on-ground student welfare programs in Pune, VSSF operates as a global fundraising and awareness platform, ensuring sustainable financial backing for these initiatives. Together, we work towards empowering students and shaping the future of education accessibility.
VSS presently houses 1200+ deserving, college students, all from rural areas at its hostels in Pune & in Ahilynangar
